Foodservice equipment software leader Specifi has revealed new partnerships with CookTek, TurboChef, Synergy Grill and GreaseShield (EPAS) to produce their symbol libraries.
These companies are getting ready for the imminent 2021 foodservice rebound by utilising Specifi’s Studio content creation service to assemble and continually update their BIM Revit and CAD libraries of products.
CookTek manufactures induction cooking equipment, TurboChef is known for rapid-cook ovens and accessories, Synergy Grill is known for its energy-efficient grills, and GreaseShield (EPAS) powers commercial kitchen waste management.
The quartet are the latest among hundreds of manufacturers now relying on Specifi to create and distribute updated international foodservice equipment-standard product information to the marketplace.
Nic Banner, Specifi VP of sales remarked: “Having the opportunity to work with these leading companies is very exciting, as all of these companies are leaders in their field.
“With Specifi Studio, we future-proof product data to protect it from evolving standards, software revisions and product changes. This capability will give our partner companies a key advantage as the industry roars back in the coming months.”
Specifi Studio creates and distributes 2D CAD, 3D CAD and Revit product libraries that enable customers to access via the free Specifi Share system as well as Specifi’s suite of software solutions: Specifi Quote and Specifi Design.
Specifi CEO Bob Wolters added: “Content is no longer static, it’s about your customers building your products exactly as they want them – dynamically on demand. That’s why more manufacturers are discovering that Specifi Studio is so effective at getting their updated product catalogues in the hands of dealers, consultants and designers – right when they need them.”
