Foodservice equipment manufacturer, Electrolux Professional, is now offering tailored demonstrations at a network of distributor locations around the country.
CSR in Falkirk, ABM Catering for Leisure in Cardiff, Massey for Catering Equipment in Belfast and Brodericks of Dublin have joined forces with the manufacturer to host the new Great Kitchen, Great Results programme.
This will comprise holding regular events at the distributors’ demonstration kitchens and Electrolux’s own Center of Excellence in Luton. As well as eight sector-specific programmes, ranging from care homes and school meals, to pubs and street food, those wishing to enhance their menu development can request a bespoke programme tailored to their own individual needs, by submitting a request on the manufacturer’s website.
As part of the new programme, each regional demonstration and development hub will be equipped with a suite of Electrolux Professional kitchen equipment including its air-o-steam Touchline combi oven, air-o-chill blast chiller-freezer, induction hob, mixer, and hood type dishwasher.
Supported by the manufacturer’s team of development chefs, those participating in demonstrations should also reap the benefits of a collective 70 years’ experience of working in commercial kitchens.
