IFHC has been created to provide a forum for professional consultants to liaise with other industry bodies in the development and promotion of standards, guidelines, specifications and legislation relating to the design, implementation and operation of foodservice and hospitality establishments.

The group and its members will not accept sponsorship from any manufacturer, contractor or supplier in the running of the organisation or the payment of professional fees.

All members of the IFHC are independent design and management foodservice consultants who are not affiliated to, or associated with, any manufacturer, contractor or any other industry supplier.

All IFHC consultants will work solely by having their professional fees paid directly by the client.

Professional consultant members of the IFHC are experienced in all aspects of foodservice design and management consultancy. Its members offer a range of project services and client support.

All the consultants who feature on the IFHC website are obliged to follow the agreed code of conduct and professional ethics and commit to delivering their work to the highest knowledge and ethical standards.
