Customer experience director, Warwick Wakefield, commented: “We are very much looking forward to lunch! 2021 – it’s our first appearance at an exhibition since EuroShop in February last year. Our team is eager to share world-leading hot-holding expertise with existing and potential customers in person. Our stand will feature our flagship Flexeserve Zone, Flexeserve Zone Rear Feed and for the first time, Flexeserve Hub.”
The Flexeserve Hub hot holding unit is designed for the cultural shift in food-to-go, enabling foodservice sites to hot-hold large quantities of packaged food – ready for purchase, pickup or delivery. It can be used both front and back-of-house, utilising its hot air recirculation technology to generate a consistent air temperature throughout.
Wakefield continued: “Launched late last year, this versatile hot holding unit will get its event debut at lunch! 2021, and we’re excited for more foodservice operators to unlock its potential.
“If you’re a food-to-go operator looking to add delivery to your business, we highly recommend stopping by. We’re going to be demonstrating how Flexeserve Hub can make it so much easier and create new efficiencies and opportunities for your operation.”
Flexeserve’s experienced in-house culinary team and technical specialists deliver the hot holding service, Flexeserve Solution. This service features five key elements – product, cook method, packaging, in-store service and the hot air recirculation technology of Flexeserve’s hot holding units.
Jamie Joyce, CEO of Flexeserve, said: “The lunch! show is an integral part of our exhibition calendar. We’ve exhibited at lunch! every year since 2013 – it’s an excellent opportunity for foodservice operators to see how we are revolutionising the industry.
“Once you discover what Flexeserve Solution is and what it can do for your business, you begin to see what’s possible. I have first-hand experience of seeing our customers benefit from Flexeserve Solution – some of whom have struggled with hot food in the past. Working closely with them has given them very successful and profitable hot food programmes that span all day parts – breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus new opportunities like hot snacks and sweet treats.”
lunch! 2021 will give visitors the opportunity to meet the Flexeserve team and discover how they can enhance a hot food operation, or even enable sites to build one from the ground up.
On the stand during the exhibition will be: customer experience director – Warwick Wakefield, UK and Ireland sales manager – Billy Eatenton, and operations manager – Kristian Ward.
