CHR Foodservice Equipment has high expectations for 2015, after revealing that its order book for the first quarter looks solid.
Distributors have reported a strong uptick in business over the last 12 months and the Lancashire-firm suggests that as far as it is concerned, the spike is set to continue.
Director Paul Neville says the company’s order book in the first quarter of 2015 represents 80% of its sales target for the whole of 2015.
He said: “2014 has been a fantastic year for us with most of our work coming via referrals. The team here has ensured customer satisfaction across all areas from sales, design and installation through to ongoing after-sales service.
“ We have completed projects in hotels, restaurants and the contract catering arenas and strongly believe our success is down to delivering best value and satisfaction to our customers.
CHR has achieved ISO 18001/14001 accreditation this year, while BIM has begun to figure on its agenda. "Our fourth year apprentice Alex Sweetlove achieving Level One with the package completed on our Claridges Hotel project – Level Two on target for 2015," reveals Neville.
He added that the company’s bullish outlook for 2015 is supported by 12 months of stable growth: "What we have seen in 2014 is a return to normal lead times on deliveries and installations and a sensible improvement on margins with the emphasis on energy saving, sustainability and quality.”
