First Choice teams with Frima to boost stock offering

Catering equipment spares specialist First Choice has secured a deal to introduce Frima into its spare products portfolio.

First Choice Group will stock spares for appliances and catering equipment for the manufacturer following the existing relationship with Frima’s parent company Rational.

With Rational confirming its agreement to manage and run the Frima brand in the UK, the deal allows First Choice to supply parts for Frima’s range of modern cooking appliances and equipment.

First Choice managing director, John Whitehouse, said: “It is great that we have this opportunity to extend our partnership with Rational to now include Frima parts.

“We will endeavour to stock more parts, as we always do, and make them available to First Choice customers so they get even more choice and an even better level of service.

“We’re already a UK partner for Rational spares and training and are now a spares partner for Frima.”

The Cannock-based spares specialist has also turned heads this year with the announcement that it was to move to its own new purpose-built headquarters as well as the news that it would be taken over by American spares giant PT Holdings, the owner of Parts Town.
