ISA’s Stephen Baldock and First Choice’s Julian Fisher welcomed the spares deal between the two companies.

The First Choice Group is now an official working partner of refrigerator and ice cream cabinet manufacturer ISA.

The Master Distribution Agreement (MDA) means the spares specialist will be able to supply customers with parts from the Italian-based company.

Business development manager at First Choice Group, Julian Fisher, said the distribution partnership will boost the choice, quality and value that’s available to customers.

“As part of our ongoing brand manufacturer developments we are very proud to announce our Master Distribution Agreement with ISA,” he said.

“Italian-based ISA is one of Europe’s leading refrigeration brands and most famous for its ice cream counters. It is one of the global leaders in the modern refrigeration market.

“This agreement is yet another example of how First Choice Group works closely with its partners to provide top OEM stock levels and technical parts advice for customers.”

Stephen Baldock, global account director with ISA, said the MDA would strengthen his company’s position in the UK: “ISA is delighted to have partnered with First Choice in the UK for the distribution of spare parts.”

“First Choice is now stocking a significant number of our parts in the UK for next day delivery. We look forward to the added strength that this will give us as we continually strive to improve our level of service to our loyal client base.”

ISA works out of a state of the art 80,000metre2 covered factory in Bastia Umbra, Italy. Technicians there use new technology to enhance its existing range of refrigeration cabinetry to meet future needs.

The company manufactures over 100,000 pieces of equipment every year, parts which are exported to 83 different countries.
