Environmental kitchen specialist Filta Group will be exhibiting its range of kitchen hygiene solutions at Commercial Kitchen – including the new Low Level Cyclone AUTO (LLC AUTO).
The self-maintaining autonomous grease recovery unit has been designed for remote applications not connected to drains.
Ideal for busy remote kitchens including food trucks for outdoor festivals, LLC AUTO is an extension of the FiltaFOG Cyclone range – delivering previously unimagined levels of FOG retention without any human intervention throughout the day.
It will be showcased as part of a collaboration with service providers R-tec Services & Innovation, installed in a unique food production trailer for festivals and outdoor events.
The LLC AUTO features alongside other equipment including a Rational combi oven, Meiko dishwasher and drain pump from Pump Technology to provide a truly mobile solution for food production.
