Supplier Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) is highlighting the latest products in its portfolio at this year’s Restaurant Show on stand UD59 at London’s Olympia on 1-3 October.
The Alto Shaam Vector four in one oven is the headline appliance for FEM on stand. It allows chefs to cook four different products in four chambers, simultaneously and independently, with their own temperature, fan and time settings.
Its ‘Structured Air Technology’ is said to enable quick cooking, even temperature control, and good results. This delivers a high velocity, vertical airflow from the bottom and top. With ventless operation and no need for a water connection, a Vector oven can be placed virtually anywhere.
There are three models in the Vector range, offering a choice of two, three or four cooking chambers. The Vector on display at the Restaurant Show is the largest Vector multi-cook oven, the four-chamber VMC-H4H. It measures 533mm wide, 993mm deep and 1082mm high.
The other main stand attraction will be the latest version of Pujadas’ Cubic buffet display range.
Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, it utilises interlocking, stackable modular cubes and crossbars that are designed to make it quick to assemble and easy to rearrange and secure. Meanwhile its monochrome colours should suit any décor and it comes with a wide range of optional extra pieces.
FEM will show a variety of Cubic packages at Olympia, such as the Breakfast Buffet Display Kit, which includes a serving tray for storing pastries and breads and a 6litre juice dispenser.
Meanwhile the Eight Bowl Kit is a presentation display that can be used on its own or combined with other pieces in the Cubic range. Sitting across two levels, it is bookended by stackable cubes and offers two display shelves, each of which holds four melamine bowls. The Pujadas three-level display stand, designed to accommodate 2/3GN pans, will also be on show.
