FEM pushes Hamilton Beach Commercial’s new mixer into UK market

Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) has launched a new planetary stand mixer designed in the USA by Hamilton Beach Commercial.

The CPM800-UK compact model is multifunctional and can whip, beat, knead and mix and has an eight-litre bowl that can use up to 2kg of flour with large handles to make it easy to lift when full.

The heavy-duty accessories include a dough hook, beater, wire whisk and splash shields that protect the hub from ingredients during mixing.

The CPM800-UK is designed to be simple to operate, the plastic bowl guard is BPA-free and has a large ingredients chute, while the seven-speed dial, with pulse option, can be adjusted during mixing.

The tilt-back head allows easy access to add larger ingredients, scrape sides, change attachments and remove the bowl and the five rubber feet are strategically placed to give optimum stability.

The CPM800-UK measures 40cm high by 35cm wide and 43cm deep, so it should fit easily onto counters and worktops in commercial kitchens.

The mixer is available through FEM dealers and is backed by two-year parts and labour warranty.
Based near Glasgow, FEM has represented foodservice equipment manufacturers in the UK and Irish markets since 1993.
