FEM ‘meats’ carving station demand

FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) has launched the Vollrath Contoured Double Lamp Carving Station, which is designed to keep roast meat ready for serving.

Its angled dual heat lamps are said to maintain food temperature whilst also illuminating the meat offering. The spun aluminium lampshades help channel the heat.

The Carving Station has a tabletop design, enabling it to be transported and sited into any serving setup.

The heavy-duty, chrome-plated steel frame is designed to ensure it can withstand everyday use. The carvery station features a clear, tempered glass screen to help protect the food from germs during service.

It includes a knife-friendly, dishwasher safe, NSF-Certified cutting board, which sits in the base and lifts out for cleaning. The recessed base channels meat juices into a removable drip pan, which can later be used for making gravies and sauces.

The Carving Station measures 609mm (w) x 559mm (d) x 685mm (h). Its base features an on/off switch and rubber feet for added stability and to protect the tabletop.
