Foodservice Equipment Marketing will be out to convince dealers and end-users of the merits of the three most recent additions to its portfolio when it takes part in February’s Hotelympia.

Since its last appearance at the London exhibition, the company has struck sales agreements with Alto-Shaam, San Jamar, and Sirman, and these will form a central part of its showcase, it revealed this week.

Visitors to FEM’s stand will have a chance to take a closer look at Alto-Shaam’s AS250 cook and hold oven — which features Halo Heat technology that applies a controlled, uniformed heat and monitors temperature and moisture closely — as well as the San Jamar Allergen Food Saf-T-Zone System, which is specifically designed to avoid cross-contamination in response to the problems of food allergy incidents.

Sirman’s range of high quality food preparation equipment, including meat slicers, mincers, food processors, dough mixers and potato slicers, will also be on display.

East Kilbride-based FEM will be marketing a range of the products it offers, including equipment from brands such as Vollrath, Cambro, Manitowoc and Hamilton Beach.
