FEM is reviewing its operations due to the coronavirus impact.

Catering equipment supplier, Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) has sadly joined the ranks of those in the industry forced to make redundancies due to the coronavirus impact.

MD Harry Hogan told Catering Insight: “As a result of lockdown, and like most catering equipment supply companies, we’ve experienced a dramatic downturn in sales, which has necessitated cutbacks.

“We reviewed our operations in depth, across all parts of the business, and we’ve taken the very sad decision to make some redundancies. In total there are nine people leaving us.”

He emphasised: “We’d like to thank them for their hard work in the past and wish them well.”
