FEM adds noise-reducing blender to its product line

Foodservice Equipment Marketing’s (FEM) newest blender is proposing to mass produce summer cocktails with user-friendly technology.

FEM’s latest Hamilton Beach Commercial blender, the HBH755-UK Eclipse, features a 2-litre container designed to serve large batches.

The company claims to provide a smooth blend thanks to Hamilton Beach Commercial’s patented Wave-Action system. While most blenders spin their contents around the walls of the container, leaving whole chunks untouched by the blades, the Wave-Action System, with specially designed container and blade, continuously forces the contents down onto the blades.

The blender also features Hamilton Beach Commercial’s QuietBlend technology to make it the company’s quietest commercial blender. The technology allows for blending as quiet as a normal conversation at 60-70 dB.

It sits within a QuietShield, which blocks the sound of its operation. Air is taken in from the bottom of the machine and then emitted through a small exhaust at the rear base of the unit, to further reduce noise.

The Eclipse virtually eliminates the risk of overheating due to its airflow design, which requires less air for cooling.

The Hamilton Beach Commercial HBH755-UK Eclipse blender is available from FEM distributors with a three-year warranty and lifetime warranty on the blade and motor drive coupling. The list price is £1,310 plus VAT.
