Supplier, Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM), has added a further two dates to its series of Vector oven demonstrations.
The Alto-Shaam-manufactured cooker is claimed to be the only oven that allows simultaneous, quality preparation of a wide variety of food.
After running four events at Westminster Kingsway College in London, FEM has now added 28 November and 5 December to the schedule, with the demonstration beginning at 2pm on each day.
The live demonstrations will be by lead once again by FEM’s corporate development chef, Alan Evans.
When asked of the Vector’s capabilities, Evans commented: “It gives you everything, and a little bit more.”
The secret to the Multi-Cook Ovens is said to lie in ‘Structured Air Technology’, which is designed to deliver faster, more even cooking than conventional appliances. Its ventless operation, and the fact that it needs no water connection, should mean it can be placed anywhere.
During the demonstration, Evans will prepare a variety of different products and menus, showing the new technology’s capabilities. Vector Live events are free to attend but space is limited.
