FCSI consultancy completes fifth year


Foodservice consultancy Radford Chancellor Limited is celebrating its fifth year in business this week.

The company was started in the living room of founder Radford Chancellor in November 2009 and has gone on to handle more than 130 projects since.

The business now has four full-time and three part-time employees as well as one associate consultant: John Thomas, who recently retired from Gratte Brothers and has joined the company specialising in retail food service.

“As we enter our sixth year of trading, we have a bank of exciting projects in the UK, Kenya and the Gulf region,” said Chancellor. “As well as a number of export marketing trips supported by UKTI, we are aiming to build on our domestic business within the education and historic venues sector in 2015.”

Radford Chancellor Limited is an active member of the FCSI, and a recognised practice with the Institute of Consulting.

It is currently the only catering consultancy to be corporate members of The Historic Houses Association (HHA), which represents 1,570 of the UK’s privately- and charitably-owned historic houses, castles and gardens.
