Falcon soars with new generation of convection ovens

Falcon chef Shaune Hall to cook at Restaurant 2021

Falcon is at The Restaurant Show this week to unveil its latest generation of convection ovens.

The new range combines performance, flexibility and energy efficiency in a compact footprint – and all feature connectivity, using Falcon’s Connected Kitchen system.

The new ovens are on show on stand UF19, in the Catering Equipment Expo section of the show.

One of the key themes of the stand is the perfect grab and go – and here new convection ovens are joined by Falcon’s established range of high speed ovens, featuring three different models offering a choice of sizes, power levels and capacities.

All are countertop units that combine powerful microwave technology with other cooking methods, which vary depending on the model.

Alongside them is Falcon’s new ScanHeat, the microwave that’s so easy to use.  With ScanHeat, the user simply scans the barcode on the food packaging, pops it in the oven and waits for the beep.

Completing the grab and go team is the latest Lainox Naboo Boosted combi oven.

Linking them all together is Falcon’s Connected Kitchen, which can connect any appliance and they all share the same platform and dashboard.

Crucially, it’s not limited to Falcon manufactured equipment – it’s a universal system that can be fitted to appliances from any manufacturer.

Visitors are able to see Falcon cooking appliances in action as development chef Shaune Hall (main image) puts them through their paces – and they’ll also be able to sample the excellent results!
