Falcon refreshes Dominator Plus line-up for 2013

Falcon Foodservice Equipment has begun the year by introducing a raft of new products to complement its popular Dominator Plus portfolio.

New additions include an all gas fan-assisted convection range, pasta cooker and bain marie.

With six 5.3kW hob burners and a 9.5kW oven, the G3106 all gas open top fan-assisted convection oven range (pictured) provides the ultimate combination of performance and practicality, according to the company.

The 2/1 GN compatible fan-assisted oven ensures even cooking across all four shelf positions, while double-glazed doors allow viewing while cooking without losing valuable energy.

The E3204 electric pasta cooker, meanwhile, can prepare pasta in either individual portions or bulk quantities. The model features an in-built water faucet which makes it easy to fill or top up the pan, while a starch draw-off facility ensures consistently fresh pasta time and time again.

Falcon added that the E3407 bain marie features a 1/1 gastronorm opening, allowing for a wide configuration of container options.

The company said that its new 2013 price list also features all of the products that it has recently introduced, including the G3101 six burner range, G3107 solid top range, G3117 general purpose oven and a revamped induction portfolio.
