During this year’s Restaurant Show, Falcon Foodservice Equipment will be launching a number of new cookline appliances that are currently in the final stages of development at its Stirling HQ.
They will be introduced on stand UL41 at London’s Olympia on 30 September-2 October.
Joining them will be one of the latest additions to Falcon’s portfolio, the Lainox Oracle high speed oven.
The unit combines the power of microwave, convection and impingement to deliver toasting and browning in what is said to be a fraction of the time of a standard oven.
The Oracle’s compact design should makes it suitable for small kitchens and for front of house cooking – the onboard ventless technology means it can be sited virtually anywhere, with no cooking smells and no need for extra extraction.
The oven is designed to cook quickly, with a 30cm pizza heated in 65 seconds, or salmon with ratatouille in 2 minutes.
Plus its touchscreen control panel is said to be simple to use.
