One year on from the F900 launch, Falcon will show a mix of the latest models from this series of catering appliances during the Restaurant Show, on stand CE35 at London’s Olympia, from 3-5 October.
Visitors will be able to see the F900 units alongside several models from Falcon’s Dominator Plus range.
The manufacturer will also show its compact combi oven, the FCC 10X, which is said to offer all the benefits of a full size combi, including 400 recipe programmes, touchscreen controls and an auto cleaning system, yet is only 510mm wide.
The F900 has already been installed in many high-profile restaurants.
The patent-pending DLS (Dynamic Link System) means F900 appliances should be able to be linked together, giving the ‘front of house’ looks and hygiene benefits of a single-top with the flexibility and lower cost of a modular cookline.
Visitors can compare and contrast the performance, features and benefits of the Dominator Plus and F900 cooklines, with a variety of different appliances from both ranges.
F900 models on show will include a chargrill, chrome griddle, induction unit, open top boiling top, fryer and rise and fall grill.
Dominator Plus is represented by a G3101D six-burner oven range, bratt pan, fryer and chargrill, amongst others.
