Falcon makes waves at marine show

Falcon hopes to see a spike in sales from marine customers after making its debut at the recent Seawork International event.

The show, held in Southampton, brings together commercial marine and workboat buyers and suppliers.

Paul Bayer, Falcon’s area sales manager, said it proved a “very worthwhile” event.

“We were the only galley cooking equipment manufacturer present and our E3101 OTC 4 hotplate oven range complete with storm rails, door latches and deck feet attracted lots of attention,” he commented.

Falcon’s marine portfolio now includes products that are suitable for all types of marine and offshore locations including oil rigs, working boats, navy destroyers and cruise liners.

Typical marine specification models include storm rails, deck feet, door latches, hand rails and anti-tilt shelves in addition to being supplied at whatever voltage may be required for a particular installation.

Bayer added: “We met with representatives from all over the marine and offshore industry from the UK and abroad, many of whom commented on the size and quality of our marine product portfolio, which we have expanded significantly in recent times, and we look forward to following up these discussions in the near future.”
