Falcon’s latest product offering is the gas-powered F900 four burner Range, part of the new F900 series, and available with a choice of burner sizes.
The standard unit’s hob has four 9.5kW twin flame burners, designed to ensure fast heat up times, and Falcon is also offering 4.2kW burners as an alternative.
The range can be configured with a mix of the two burners which feature individually protected pilots to minimise energy wastage.
Falcon’s heavy-duty construction means that the range is both practical and tough, says the company.
The one-piece pressed hob with sealed burner wells, is said to make the unit easy to keep clean and contain spills while individual cast iron pan supports should cope with the knocks of a busy kitchen environment.
The range’s oven is 2/1 gastronorm and has five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied as standard.
A metal-to-metal door seal is claimed to deliver good closure, minimising energy wastage by keeping the heat where it’s needed, inside the oven chamber.
According to Falcon, the piezo ignition is reliable and efficient while the oven’s 7.5kW burner ensures it quickly reaches temperature, to a maximum of 280°C.
“The F900 Range is equally at home back of house or in theatre kitchens – either way, it gives a fast and forceful performance,” says Neil Roseweir, Falcon’s development chef.
The Dynamic Link System, developed by Falcon for the F900 series, means the range can be tightly joined to other F900 units, designed to enable the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of a modular line with the looks and hygiene benefits of a one-piece top.
The Range measures 900mm deep by 900mm high and 800mm wide.
It can be converted on-site for use with natural, propane or butane gas.
List price for the F900 four burner range starts at £3,750.
