Falcon details new additions to equipment range


Falcon Foodservice Equipment has announced a series of enhancements to its popular Dominator Plus series.

For the first time, the manufacturer is making a 400mm wide two-gas burner boiling top available to the market (pictured). Falcon says the appliance is ideal for providing additional capacity or for kitchens with limited space.

The 400mm range is boosted by a new electric griddle, available with smooth or ribbed plate.

Another new addition to the Dominator Plus portfolio is an electric chip scuttle. It features a 1/1 gastronorm compatible container and provides constant heat from above and below to ensure chips are held at the optimum temperature.

Falcon has also extended its induction portfolio with the launch of an induction wok. It has a 5kW heat zone that directs over 90% of the energy into the wok itself to deliver fast heat-up times and heat retention.

The units are supplied on adjustable legs as standard, but all are available on fixed or mobile stands.
