CS Catering Equipment and its parent company Caffe Society are moving to new purpose-built premises after outgrowing their current property.
The Leeds-based catering equipment distributor expects to be operating from the new set-up, which is just around the corner from its existing location, in January.
It will feature two large showrooms, double the office space and treble the amount of warehousing storage.
“Thanks to the continued success of Caffe Society over the last few years, we have found ourselves outgrowing our current building,” explained Phil Dixon, commercial catering manager at CS Equipment.
“Though not a small site in itself, it simply couldn’t cope anymore and we actually had to rent a second warehouse to cover the overflow. The decision was therefore a simple one: build a brand new purpose-built head office and warehouse!”
One of the site’s two showrooms will be dedicated solely to catering equipment. It will include kit from key brands that CS Equipment sells, including Lincat, Parry, Burco, Blue Seal, Parry, Classeq and Robot Coupe.
Parent company Caffe Society, meanwhile, stocks and distributes machines from brands such as Astoria, La Marzocco and HLF.
