“He’s a sales professional with vast experience and he knows how the catering equipment business works through and through.

“He has the knowledge and perception to help distributors when it comes to finding the right equipment solution for their customers’ needs.”

Brealey will be responsible for dealer support and will be promoting FEM’s portfolio of products.

“I’m really fired up to be joining FEM,” he said. “It has a great range, with top brands from quality manufacturers.

“I’m looking forward to meeting up with the distributors again – and to talking to them about our many specialist areas, from food preparation, food storage, heating and holding, ice making and blast chillers to cookware and kitchen utensils!”

Brealey is married with two grown up children and lives in Manchester, which he says is the ideal base to cover his sales area.

When he’s not working he mixes outdoor pursuits, such as hill walking and mountain climbing, with more leisurely interests like reading and going to concerts.
