The European Pizza and Pasta Show (EPPS) has opened registration for its 2021 edition after coronavirus restrictions forced it to cancel last year’s exhibition.
The event is scheduled to be held on 18-19 October at London’s Olympia, welcoming exhibitors and visitors involved in the Italian food and foodservice supply chain, including catering equipment.
So far, 150 exhibitors have signed up, showcasing 1,000 brands, with 6,000 buyers expected to attend.
EPPS 2021 aims to reunite the industry for the first time in almost 2 years and facilitate product sourcing, immersive and interactive live cooking experience for chefs and exhibitors, as well as showcasing the best and most innovative products and network with the market supply chain, all under one roof.
Three cooking competitions, a pizza acrobatics show and industry discussions and presentations will feature over the 2 days.
Additionally, buyers from the UK, Europe and the rest of the world who are unable to travel to the show will be connected directly with the exhibition and each exhibiting company through specially designed online virtual meeting rooms and AV links.
