Supplier Euro Catering, has introduced new options to its Palux cooking equipment portfolio.
The company, which recently relocated its demonstration kitchen from Leicestershire into a new culinary centre next to its head office in Daventry, Northamptonshire, has added the Palux Compactline, Functionline Flex and the Topline edition, plus matching black salamander grill.
Palux Compactline features a variety of table-top appliances, available as ceramic, induction and induction FlowWok models. They are said to suit almost any type of kitchen, including mobile and temporary.
The new black Palux Topline colour option features black operating foil and a front panel in RAL 9011 graphite matt black. A matching salamander grill is also available.
The modular Functionline Flex product line is now available in variable depth compensation so in addition to accommodating appliances of a standard 800mm depth, the range can now extend this to 920mm. Additionally, with a depth compensation of 50 and 100mm available, as well as 120mm, it can also incorporate appliances 850mm and 900mm deep.
Euro Catering’s sales manager, Justin Towns, said: “With this enhanced flexibility, new possibilities are available to both kitchen designers and dealers handling briefs that require sophisticated solutions, first-class and energy-efficient equipment and multi-functionality.
“Palux will be a brand to consider for any briefs requiring these credentials in the New Year, particularly given its reputation for high quality products manufactured with German precision.”
