Bradford-based ERL Catering Engineers has helped to give the full Hollywood treatment to Wrexham FC staff.

Representatives from the football club’s new owners, famous actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, contacted the servicing specialist off the back of a referral from a public school client.

ERL was asked to procure and supply bean to cup coffee machines as a gift for personnel at the club, after the Hollywood star owners found out that this was the first on the list of requests from Wrexham staff.

The maintenance firm’s MD, Christian De Vittoris, detailed: “Historically, coffee machines are not something we would get involved with, but due to the nature of the enquiry and who the new owners where I felt it would be great opportunity to broaden our scope of services in the world of football stadia.”

De Vittoris could also find himself playing a cameo role as part of an upcoming documentary covering the takeover of Wrexham FC, as on the day he and his engineer David Fisher delivered the coffee machines, a camera crew was filming scenes for the programme.
