A handful of catering equipment distributors from the south of England are aiming to boost their sales prospects by taking part in the forthcoming Hotel & Catering Show.
The two-day event, held at the Bournemouth IBC, provides an opportunity for suppliers of catering equipment and other hospitality products to market their wares to buyers from restaurants, pubs and hotels based in the south.
Companies such as Allens Catering Equipment, Alliance South, Carford, Cold Service Ltd, Enigma Kitchen Solutions and HCE Food Service Equipment will all have stands at the event.
A number of suppliers will also be represented during the show, including Adande, Angelo Po, Bertha, Charvet, Rational and TME.
The South Coast show has been running for almost 60 years, but was recently taken over by new management who have vowed to transform it into a “dynamic and engaging” event for the regional hospitality sector at large.
Aside from all the stainless steel on display, the event will be supported by a two-day hospitality best practice programme and live cooking demonstrations from top chefs including Tom Kerridge, Nathan Outlaw and Matt Gillian.
The 2013 Hotel & Catering Show takes place on March 5-6.
