This year’s show, which takes place at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, will see the likes of Unox, Roller Grill, Burco and Nelson among the brands releasing products.

Roller Grill will launch its new ‘business in a box’, a self financing crepe or waffle concept that includes the equipment, accessories and mix that caterers need to enhance their menu.

Unox, meanwhile, will promote its latest range of professional combi and bake off ovens at lunch!. Unox chefs will be cooking live throughout the show, demonstrating the various benefits of the Unox product, including the Cafe Solutions Range.

Nelson will be showcasing its latest Advantage dishwashers and glass washers, plus catering equipment from the Blue Seal range, including Turbofan convection ovens, while Burco will be launching its new range of water boilers featuring built-in water filtration systems.

First-time exhibitor Victor Manufacturing is showcasing the Optimax SQ, which it says is the first British-manufactured refrigerated display cabinet featured on the ECA Energy Technology List.

“As an established UK manufacturer of hot and cold, hold and serve foodservice equipment, an increasingly important part of our business is the out-of-home, food-to-go trade,” says Victor’s marketing and communications manager Peter Brewin. “So vibrant is this sector that we recently launched our Optimax range of heated, refrigerated and ambient display cabinets to meet the demands of this intense fast moving trade.”

Lunch! takes place on 26-27 September.
