The organisers of this month’s lunch! trade show have revealed that 236 suppliers will be showcasing their wares at the event, including a large number of companies from the equipment industry.
The show, which takes place on 20-21 September at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, will see a wealth of new food, drink, packaging and equipment innovations unveiled.
Lunch! is now in its fifth year and brings together food and catering-related suppliers selling products into the restaurant and cafe markets.
Equipment exhibitors include Equip Line, which will be introducing its new Pop Up Café Pod, a concept that can be up and working in less than two hours. Other recent launches on show include its Reach-In Day Fridge, an incredibly useful support tool at the service point. It will also be marketing Manitowoc’s MerryChef 2.
Toasty Products will unveil the new Blue Ice T10, capable of producing 90 cups of ice cream or frozen yoghurt, while Testo plans to outline its range of high quality food safety instrumentation to keep food service businesses HACCP compliant.
The firm will be showcasing its Saveris Mobile, a wireless temperature and humidity monitoring system that monitors during transit and issues alarms whenever limit values are exceeded.
The Coffee Machine Company, meanwhile, intends to provide visitors with an update on new additions to its commercial beverage portfolio.
The company is the sole UK importer of Italian-made Rancilio espresso machines and Ceado coffee grinders, and will be demonstrating the newly developed Rancilio Xcelsius temperature profiling option.
There will also be two new Ceado grinders on show as well as a selection of other Rancilio equipment, including the Egro ONE bean-to-cup machine.
