Eloma has launched the Backmaster edition of its Genius combi steamer series.
The combi oven manufacturer reports it has put its more than 40 years of baking expertise into the platform of its flagship product. Eloma does not consider this as a new development, but a logical consequence and target group focus in the product portfolio.
The Backmaster edition can cook and bake products for any operation, and features an electric door opening to ensure the baking process stops once the programme has finished.
The adapted graphical user interface with baking mode is customisable for every application and operator. Integrated baking, snack and breakfast programmes should cover the entire daily offer.
The operator should also be able to continue using existing equipment as the optional Vario hanging rack accommodates both gastronorm and bakingnorm trays.
This edition is designed to provide flexibility, as changing the cooking mode can be carried out with the touch of a button.
Eloma can provide stacking kits to combine the Backmaster edition with a standard edition of Genius. Plus the Multi-Eco hood with no protruding parts condenses steam from the exhaust pipe and discharges it through the drainage. This is designed to keep the kitchen climate clean.
An optional left-hinged door with a mirrored display is provided to ensure that the appliance adapts to every kitchen.
Eloma products are available in the UK from Certa Cooking Equipment.
