Eloma’s latest Joker combi oven is available with a water tank module for sites with no fixed water supply.

Combi oven manufacturer Eloma has added another variant to its latest Joker series, an appliance with a water tank module.

The new option is designed for sites where there is no fixed water supply. This applies to all three cavity sizes 6-23, 6-43 and 6-11 and no matter the position of the control module.

Integrated fresh and waste water tanks contain 6.5L resp. 5L and allow for baking and cooking with full steam up to 90 minutes. Filling levels of the water tanks are conveniently shown on the display for intuitive handling and ease of use.

Eloma introduced its first Joker compact combi steamer to the global market in 1998. It has continuously developed the design over the years, with the last major launch in 2020.

At a width of 52cm, the new compact class is designed to be reliable, high quality and user-friendly. The units are also aimed at reflecting good modularity, capacity, flexibility and design, meaning that Eloma does not provide the customer with a standard but offers modular options and individual solutions in a configuration.
