Electrolux Professional is seeking to strengthen the support it offers to distributors in the south of England by hiring an area sales manager for the region.
The manufacturer currently has a vacancy for the post of ‘Area Sales Manager Southern England – Foodservice’, covering one of the strongest geographic regions within its UK operation. Electrolux works with a number of leading kitchen design houses and distributors in the south of the country.
The successful candidate will be expected to co-ordinate sales and implement marketing policies, while promoting Electrolux’s Professional Foodservice equipment brand to segments such as care, hotels and business & industry.
A large part of the job will involve building relationships with the dealer network and engaging with partners based in the south. He or she will also be tasked with promoting dealer and engineer product training.
The post reports into Alex Reed, UK & Ireland Sales Manager – Foodservice at Electrolux Professional, who said: “Dealers are central to our go-to-market strategy and this role reaffirms our continued support for our partner network. The south of England remains one of the largest and most important regions for us, so we are looking for somebody with the skills and desire to drive engagement with dealers and be an instrumental part of future growth.”
Candidates must have a good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, along with a minimum of two years sales experience.
