Electrolux has published a warewasher buyer’s guide.

Electrolux Professional has published a detailed purchasing guide to steer buyers through the process of selecting and using the most appropriate commercial dishwashing equipment for their kitchen space.

The ‘Commercial Dishwashing Equipment Buyer’s Guide’ is available on the manufacturer’s website, and has been written to help consultants, specifiers, designers, and owner-occupiers make well-informed decisions on the equipment they choose to support a kitchen.

Whether buying for a restaurant, bar, hotel, or staff catering outlet, the guide is said to cover everything an investor needs to consider during their research to ensure they can find a model that best suits their needs.

The guide covers the following:

  • How to choose a commercial dishwasher: explaining the key differences between each type of dishwasher, and the factors likely to affect performance.
  • How to use a commercial dishwasher: clarifying the basics that operators need to consider in order to achieve the best possible results.
  • How to look after a commercial dishwasher: detailing the routine maintenance that needs to take place to maximise the lifespan of the equipment.

Steve Bowler, category manager for warewashing at Electrolux Professional UK, commented: “Like many equipment categories, there is rarely a one size fits all approach when it comes to commercial dishwashers, which is why we wanted to make it as simple as possible for buyers to know exactly what they need to look for.

“Hopefully our guide proves to be a useful resource for anyone looking to buy a new dishwasher – whether that be an independent chef with a small restaurant, or a procurement director responsible for a high street chain.”
