Electrolux Professional has launched a new short-term online training platform for its network of foodservice partners and distributors.
The training sessions, which are aimed at supporting Electrolux partners who are now working remotely, will be free to attend and conducted via video conferencing software.
Starting at 2pm today (Friday 27 March), the first session will be dedicated to its SkyLine combi oven and blast chiller series. It will cover an overview of the range, as well as features and benefits of the individual models; and will be run by Marco Maggio, global category manager – cook and chill.
The rest of the schedule comprises:
- Tuesday 31 March 1pm – high productivity, prothermetic, vario mix and easy line boiling pans – Riccardo Sartor
- Wednesday 1 April 2pm – an introduction to coffee – Gabriele Giammario
- Friday 3 April 11am – an introduction to beverage (chilled) – Gabriele Giammario
- Tuesday 7 April 10am – XP ranges (focus on automatic fryers and new non scratch griddle) – Elena Tayfunova

Electrolux Professional will also offer bespoke one-to-one training via video conferencing to any partners interested in the opportunity.
