Top chefs will be demonstrating their talent on a range of equipment from Electrolux Professional at Hotelympia, the company has revealed.
Electrolux will supply equipment for the show’s theatre cooking programme, The Skillery, as well as providing a complete range of kitchen solutions for La Parade de Chefs, the event’s own fine dining experience.
The Skillery is making a return to Hotelympia with lively demonstrations from well-known chefs throughout the five-day show. They will make use of a six-burner range and mini combi oven from the Electrolux range.
Teams of chefs in La Parade will be serving three course menus under competition rules, using a suite of Electrolux Professional equipment.
The kitchen will showcase two Touchline combi ovens and the XP range of modular equipment including gas burners and ovens, 15 litre gas fryers and a fry-top smooth plate. Refrigeration, freezer, prep and warewashing solutions will also be provided by Electrolux.
