EcoPure Waters will be using the Foodservice Show 2019, part of the Hotel Restaurant and Catering (HRC) Show, to demonstrate how filtered drinking water can be served in operators’ own branded bottles.
From stand 1138 on 22-23 January 2019 at NEC Birmingham, the firm will highlight its filtration systems and how they can deliver chilled water, still and sparkling, on demand for serving in reusable glass bottles. There is a range of equipment sizes to suit the volumes of water used by different venues.
Using the system is said to be quick and easy, particularly when the recently-launched ‘top control’ system is specified, which allows measured autofill of bottles at the push of a button. Costs reportedly start at less than £20 per week including a full care and maintenance package.
Branded bottles, in a choice of sizes and styles, are supplied with the system. Bottle styles include those with tamper-evident caps which provide a securely sealed product which can be sold at the table or offered as a guest amenity in hotel bedrooms.
EcoPure Waters’ MD Paul Proctor said: “For more than 20 years we’ve been helping clients save money, reduce their environmental impact and create powerful branding opportunities by using our in-house water filtration systems and branded bottles in place of bought-in bottled water.
“Against the current backdrop of extreme concern about the excessive use of plastics across the globe, it’s particularly pleasing that our systems and benefits are being recognised and implemented by some of the world’s leading hotel companies, such as the InterContinental Hotels Group.”
