Online dealer eCatering is investigating the option of providing its customers with a new offering later this year.
The company, which provides range of products, has decided to look at the option of adding product materials, hints and tips online in an effort to help further support customers.
These may include product operation videos online, manuals, training manuals and service videos to ensure that customers get the most from their purchases. These will be for the larger units such as fridges, freezers, refrigerated counters, dishwashers and mixers.
eCatering’s marketing manager, Mike Morris, said: “Customers already have access to our Live Chat facility for help and our call centre, but we want our customers to be able to find hints, tips and information regarding their bigger purchases more easily online.
“That’s why it’s important that we provide after-sales information to ensure the products they buy are kept in the best condition for their busy establishments.”
