Eau De Vie has been showcasing its range of filtered water systems on stand number 3461 at this week’s Hotelympia Show in London’s ExCel.
The company is putting the case forward as to why caterers should be switching to new and sustainable water solutions for table service as opposed to plastic bottles.
With its patented filtration technology, Eau De Vie’s systems can serve fresh chilled still or sparkling water from one dispense point. This could help with storage challenges and eliminate the need for bottling water.
Eau De Vie believes its equipment can offer a viable ‘third way’ to that of single use water bottles and tap water and help provide sustainable solutions.
The filter systems can remove impurities to achieve good water taste, and the manufacturer believes that profits for sites can be higher using this than pre-bottled water.
Some models can also dispense boiling water as well as chilled, still and sparkling water.
