Bournemouth-based distributor, CJ Commercial Catering Equipment Maintenance, is to be wound up.
A notice posted on the London Gazette website stated: “At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Kirks, Arena Business Centre, Poole, Dorset on 6 April 2020, the following resolutions were passed:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that David Kirk of Kirks in Poole, Dorset is appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
Catering Insight has attempted to contact both the insolvency specialist Kirks and CJ Commercial Catering Equipment Maintenance for comment, but none has been forthcoming so far.
The Dorset dealer was incorporated in November 2002 by director Nigel Vivian, with Janet Vivian listed as the company secretary.
The firm supplied equipment including grills and rotisseries, dishwashers, hot cupboards, food mixers, griddles and fryers.

The team worked with cafes, retail outlets, restaurants and hotels keeping their commercial kitchens maintained.
CJ Commercial Catering Equipment Maintenance also designed and installed commercial ventilation systems.
