Catering equipment component supplier, Die-Pat, has replaced its delivery service provider following “a number of recurring issues” with its previous courier, including late delivery and damaged goods.
Sheffield-based Tuffnells is the firm’s new carrier, and this is now enabling Die-Pat customers to track their order delivery via its website. Furthermore, it has scrapped its minimum order charge.
This is not the only development at the Daventry-based supplier, as it is also launching several new products.
It is introducing a new container rinser and two alternative sizes of jug rinsers. These are said to be suitable for cafes, bars, juice bars and many other areas its distributor and shopfitter customers work in.
Die-Pat signalled that this is just the start of an ambitious new product programme being rolled out this year, which will include strengthening its sink bowl range.
