Bristol-headquartered dealer, Tailor Made Catering Equipment Services, has shaken up its sales division with several new hires.
These are led by ex-PKS sales director, Dean Johnson, who is now Tailor Made’s key accounts manager.
He will be managing senior customers as part of his role, focusing on projects for major chains. Based in the Midlands, Johnson will be working nationwide.
MD, Jim Stevens, told Catering Insight: “Dean’s got lots of knowledge and experience, plus he knows a lot of people in the industry.”
Furthermore, the distributor has hired outside the industry for a new business development manager position. Josh Davis has previous experience in sales and project managing in other sectors including finance.
A keen sportsman who plays semi-professional rugby, Davis will be based in Tailor Made’s office and will be managing projects in the south west, in the M4/M5 corridor.
“Josh is a bright guy with a good education,” commented Stevens. “He is very enthusiastic and will be a good addition.”
The third joiner is David Stock, who takes up the position of business development and after sales executive. Having a customer service background, he will be focusing on internal business development, looking at drumming up leads across all sectors.
Stevens concluded: “We are looking forward to our new team members bringing in business and helping to keep us delivering good service.”
