A refrigeration installer that would have celebrated its 30th year of trading next year has been placed under the control of a liquidator.
Jackson Refrigeration Limited, which is based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, became the subject of a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, according to an official notice published this month.
The company was established in 1984 to supply and service all types of refrigeration circuit-based equipment, operating throughout the East Midlands and beyond.
It was involved in the sale and installation of various commercial foodservice refrigeration items, including cold rooms, cabinets, freezers, ice machines and bottle coolers. It also offered maintenance contracts.
On its website, Jackson said its aim was to offer “not only a friendly, flexible service but also a comprehensive professional service from inception to commissioning”.
Creditors met last month to appoint a liquidator. The liquidation process is being handled by Derby firm LM Insolvency & Advisory.
