Dealer launches garden centre website


Vision Commercial Kitchens has launched a new website specifically for the garden centre sector.

The site features the distributor’s latest case studies and testimonials from garden centre restaurant projects. Users can view the firm’s archive of Horticultural Trade Association (HTA) articles – over the years Vision has covered a variety of topics from design, installation and insider tips to a selection of case studies.

Site visitors can join the dealer’s Vine newsletter to view its newly completed projects, news and offers and follow its garden centre blog. The new website is here.

Vision recently underlined its commitment to the garden centre sector by being the headline partner at the HTA Catering Conference at The Belfry on the 9-10 June.

The dealer stated: “The conference included a number of interesting and informative talks and workshops and reflected how significantly catering has grown within garden centre cafes and restaurants.

“Vision enjoyed talking to previous clients about how successful their catering operations are running as well as meeting other operators and discussing their plans for the future.

“It was obvious from the conference talks that the way in which garden centre cafes and restaurants are perceived has significantly changed and that many garden centre eateries have become destination venues that rival the high street.

“A successful catering operation provides many opportunities for garden centres by maximising revenue and allowing the establishment to become a food and drink destination as well as a gardening one and the Catering Conference’s inspiring talks emphasised this key point.”
