The nomination process for the inaugural Catering Insight Hot 100 reaches its climax this week, so now is the time to put forward your candidates if you haven’t already done so.
The Hot 100 celebrates the achievements of the catering equipment community by shining a light on the individuals and teams who have made an outstanding contribution over the past 12 months.
The Catering Insight Hot 100 is very different to traditional awards ceremonies. It is not designed to single out winners and losers based purely on business performance, it is designed to recognise the ordinary people that make extraordinary efforts every day.
The Hot 100 will all be featured in a spectacular yearbook, which will be launched at a glamorous Central London party on October 9.
The nomination process is simple. You have to look at the people you work with in your daily lives, and pick out the individuals and teams that you feel have made an outstanding contribution to the industry over the past year.
They don’t need to be your boss or your employees. They don’t need to work in your company; it could be a supplier or business partner that has impressed you.
We particularly want to unearth the hard-working majority and the fascinating characters that are rarely recognised outside their closest circles, but so often provide the inspiration, perspiration and innovation that drives our market.
