French manufacturer de Buyer has launched a new kit box of its pressure pastry syringe ‘Le Tube’ aimed at professional chefs.
Le Tube Pro is an alternative to the traditional pastry bag and is designed to offer clean and accurate dosing of thick preparations such as creams, thick mousses and choux pastry.
A graduation control knob enables consistent dosing, regulating the amount dispensed. The preparation flow is stopped between pressures for filling, dosing, decoration and forming.
The ‘Le Tube Pro’ kit gives professional chefs a set of elements to help them have their preparations done in advance (and stored in the fridge ahead of service) thanks to five containers (each 0.75L), two extra lids, a selection of 12 nozzles and two supple nozzle holders.
Le Tube Pro is suitable for chefs, caterers, bakers, pastry chefs, confectioners and chocolate makers.
