French company de Buyer has expanded the range of pastry utensils it designs and manufacturers.
Following the creation of perforated pastry rings in collaboration with the Valrhona school, as well as the first all-in-one foldable pie mould, de Buyer now has expanded its range by adding a set of professional perforated stainless-steel moulds with removable base for easy unmoulding and easy cleaning.
The range is available in three shapes: round, rectangular and fluted. The perforations of the moulds allow uniform baking of the pastry crust.
De Buyer chose stainless steel for its healthy, durable properties with no added coatings.
