Dawson sets up Christmas response team


Dawson has confirmed that it will again offer “emergency service response” to customers over the festive period.

Previous years have seen the Barnsley-based outfit provide support during the busiest time of the calendar and this year will be no different, it says.

The company’s Service Response Administrators will be available to take calls on the working days between Monday 24th December and Wednesday 2nd January between 10am and 3.30pm, with the exception of Christmas Day.

Outside of these times, Dawson said its usual out-of-hours answering service will take any calls and alert its service engineers, which will attend jobs on a rotational basis.

Ali Group-owned Dawson is responsible for the Comenda, Lainox, Mareno, Rosinox and Rendisk brands in the UK.
