Dawson has launched its own ‘culinary hotline’, which clients can call if they require any assistance on operating Dawson Foodservice Equipment products.
This line has been developed to give customers real-time assistance in a more comprehensive way than they would get from a manual.
Dawson has a team of chefs available 12 hours a day who can give advice on everything from recipes and cleaning guidelines to cooking certain food types and general operating assistance.
Managing director, Mike Butt, said the hotline was an additional way for the company to offer customers assistance when they need it.
“Our equipment will be badged with our new culinary hotline number so our team of chefs are only a call away. This is not just an office help line — it’s communicating live with chefs to enhance customers’ experience and get the most out of their equipment.”
Customers which call the line, which is available on 07010 020022, are charged at a standard mobile rate.
